Dear Aunt Carmen, I’m so sorry and saddened at the loss of my cousin Robert. I will forever remember the trip I took with you to Parris Island to see him graduate Marine Corps boot camp. Robert was my inspiration on enlisting in the Corps and I have great memories of us being stationed near each other and being able to go to the movies and dinner. I truly wish I could have been there today, but please know my heart was. ♥️

Thank you for reaching out to me. I appreciate your memories of Robert & he would have been happy to hear from you too. Im sure you know how much he suffered with the constant pain he went thru. Everything he did after his amputations was a struggle. I'd like to think hes in a better place if possible...but i will miss him terribly. Thank you again. I appreciate it.

Wouldnt it have been nice if i Robert could have been told all this during the time he was so sick. It might have comforted him.

I am so sorry for your loss Carmen. I will always remember Robert as that sweet little boy. He made us laugh and always so.polite and fun to be around. He was a handsome man and marine. I hope he is at peace I know your heart is broken. You are in my prayers. He was taken too soon but God knew he was special and called him on July 4th. He will always be remembered 💔 Love you 💗
